I need help in OPL programming

Hi, my name is FireShock. I am from germany, my englisch is not the best.
But i have some questions:

1. how can i search a file on the device ?
2. how can i create a text-document like txt ?
3. how can i use an icon for the opo-file ?

please help me and give me some answers of this questions
